It is very time consuming for a trainer/analyst to monitor all injury risk indicators on an individual level. We have automated these detections and visualise the injury risk level in a user friendly dashboard.

INJURY RISK DETECTIONS

We perform these detection based on sports scientific theories and the forms results:

  • Acute versus chronic overload
  • Match overload
  • High week differences
  • Week sprint distance
  • Recovery results (mental, muscle, appetite, sleep, fatigue)

TEAM OVERVIEW

The results of the injury risk for a team is easily communicated via a traffic light dashboard;

  • grey means no data
  • red means increased chance on injury
  • green means no detection present

 

In this way, the trainer gets a quick direct into the readiness of each player and can act immediately on the players in the danger zone.
Based on the situation, these players can get an adjustment to their training schedule or match play minutes.

PLAYER OVERVIEW

When a player in the team overview is selected, the details of that player are shown in the player overview.
The details and reasoning of each detection can be inspected in order to get a more detailed understanding of the cause of the increased injury risk. This valuable information is vital to select the appropriate mitigating measure.
