What will you do?

  • Contacting cold and warm leads as potential clients.
  • Informing potential clients on the added value of JOHAN Sports via e-mail, telephone, personal meetings, and presentations.
  • Maintaining, analyzing and improving the ‘Sales funnel’.
  • Advising Account Managers on next steps to take with leads, sharing your experiences with them and supporting them in closing the deal.
  • Filtering relevant customer needs and communicating these further along the organization, for continual improvement and growth of the organization.

Who will you work with?

You will work together with a multidisciplinary team of Sports Scientists, Sales, and Marketing Specialists. Ralph, an experienced sports marketer, is our CCO and head of all commercial activities within and around JOHAN Sports. You’ll work with Niels, Kevin, and Luc who – as Account Managers – work to create optimal customer relationships and customer experience. Being Sports Scientists, Niels and Kevin also assist our clients on a scientific level, thereby creating an optimal use of our trackers and apps. Thomas is our Hero on Support, helping our clients with all their needs in hardware and software. Experiences from this area of work, Thomas puts into the further development of both hardware and software. – These are just a few of your colleagues. For a full overview, check out our team page!

Who are you?

  • You have at least 2 years of Sales experience
  • Experience with CRM is a plus, but not a must if you’re technically skilled
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Commercial and result-oriented
  • You have a natural ability to connect with people
  • Communicatively strong
  • Excellent presenting skills
  • Professional proficiency of English and Dutch language.
